We now occupy a 16,500sq ft. manufacturing plant in the heart of Shasta County's Industrial District. We plan to expand our facilities next year and incorporate new and exciting projects with our Omax Waterjet equipment. The possibilities are endless. ACCESSORY OPTIONS Scale mounts, pouches and other accessory items are available for all lounges. Replacement parts can also be purchased seperately for site repairs as needed. LIMITED WARRANTY Goods, which may prove to be defective under normal use in either material or workmanship within 6 months of receipt, will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Freight must be prepaid on returned goods. Responsibility for the safe use of these goods rests with each user. Goods must be properly maintained and operators should be fit, trained and physically capable of handling the equipment. MOBILE DESIGNS, INC. assumes no liability other than as indicated and no other warranties or guarantees are intended, either expressed or implied. This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the goods. There are no warranties for used goods that have been repaired, altered or modified, subject to misuses, negligence or accident, or have been operated contrary to our instructions. MOBILE DESIGNS, INC. shall not be responsible to supply or pay for labor to replace any part of the goods or liable for any other damages, either incidental or consequential, which results from the misuse of the goods or breach of any warranty. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any and all other warranties. In no case shall MOBILE DESIGNS, INC. be liable for special or consequential damages.
